Hilary Swank is back on the market.?The 38-year-old "New Year's Eve" actress and her boyfriend John Campisi have split after dating for five years.

Swank began dating Campisi, her agent, in December 2006. The actress was previously married to actor Chad Lowe -- whom she met on the set of?"Quiet Days in Hollywood" in 1992 -- from September 1997 to November 2007.?

"A lot of people look at divorce as a failure. I really looked at my relationship with Chad (Lowe, her ex-husband) as 14 years of success. I will carry him in my heart forever. He's part of me," the "Mary & Martha" actress told Instyle magazine in April 2010. "We have friendships that we grow out of. But I believe in the long haul. I believe in having a monogamous relationship."
